Elsa is a young Golden retriever/Indie mix who was not managing a life on the streets by herself.  She was rescued some months ago by a caring animal lover, in a malnourished state and with bad Mange infection (see 'before' picture). After treatment, she has blossomed into a beautiful young girl and is now living a care-free life at an animal shelter, the cost for which is taken care of by the Foundation (see 'after' picture).
